Title: Report on a New Study concerning the Arka Dhyana (Intuitive Meditation) Method
Abstract: An empirical, experiential, and evaluative study of the Arka Dhyana Meditation method (also known as Intuitive Mediation – IM) consisting of various facets, was undertaken by an international team of researchers. This report includes the initial results obtained, an outline of the method including a brief demonstration, complications encountered and suggestions for further research. It also outlines how the Theory of the 6 Main Levels of Consciousness (Arka 2013) can help inform us about the initial stages of the transformative inner journey of Self-discovery undertaken by the participants during this investigation into the IM method.
